Dr. Rubin completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, San Diego.  She received her DO degree from Western University of Health Sciences. She completed her internal medicine internship and residency at Highland General Hospital in affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco.  Dr. Rubin’s Hematology and Oncology fellowship was at the USC Norris Cancer Center.
